Package shipping
As a general rule, the work will begin once confirmation of payment is received and the delivery times are as follows:
- Spain 3 to 4 days
- Europe 7 to 10 days
- Other 15 to 20 days
The shipment may be made through different carriers to meet our delivery commitment. Always with tracking number.
Shipping costs:
- For shipments made to Spain “Los colors del Scrap” assumes the shipping costs.
- For shipments made within the European continent the costs will be 20 euros.
- For the rest of the world, 50 euros of shipping costs will be added.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. We are not responsible for any damage your package may suffer after shipment.
Returns
- Our return policy does not contemplate, in handmade items, the return in any case.
- If your item arrives broken during transport, the corresponding courier company will take care of it. To do this, you must contact that company.
- As a recommendation, before signing the delivery, open and check that everything is correct.
